Class Offerings

  • Lotus Flow Vinyasa: a dynamic, creative, and upbeat style of yoga designed to challenge you physically and inspire you spiritually 

  • Reggaeton Yoga: a fun and powerful practice to feel good in your body through playful movement with dance mixed into your yoga flow

  • Vinyasa Basics: a slower-paced flow practice to get more familiar with standing, strengthening and balancing postures, supported by props and guided breath awareness

  • Gentle Flow & Restore: a nourishing and relaxing movement practice with variations and options for everyone to feel the healing benefits of yoga

  • Yin: a meditative, slow-moving practice focused on longer holds of low to the ground postures to promote flexibility and deep breathing to release tension from the body and mind

  • Private and small group classes: perfect for couples, bachelorette or birthday parties, or anyone looking for more personalized instruction once or consistently.

  • Corporate Yoga: invite me into your office for short form movement and meditation classes! 


I offer people the chance to embrace their blessings and agency by being present in their bodies, using guided movement and mindfulness. Through a modern approach to ancient practices, I promote spiritual exploration, creativity, and a joyful connection to oneself and the world.

My classes are inclusive and accommodating, using props and a supportive attitude to meet everyone's needs. I teach a variety of styles, from Gentle Flow to Reggaeton Yoga, to cater to diverse abilities. I am grateful every day for the opportunity to share my passion for movement, music, and human connection.
